I work with couples of all ages and genders.
Sometimes couples feel disconnected and don't know how to talk about it with each other. Many struggle to communicate effectively with each other, while others are struggling with the breach of a commitment, such as an infidelity. Frequently the pressures of work, life and family put stress on the relationship. Most people have been there at one time or another.
In therapy I help couples to understand each other better and to develop more trust and confidence in their partner. Often all it takes is an unbiased observer to help relieve points of friction, conflict, or dissatisfaction. Also, as a male therapsit, I understand how difficult it can be for men to express themselves. Therapy provides a safe environment and an understanding third party with whom to explore relationship dissatisfaction, or to help repair hurt and betrayal.
Once we understand core issues, we can set up a "coaching" plan to help develop new patterns and a more harmonious life.
